Micro-cooking at Home

Mini-burgers will be the new rage.  Freshly prepared with just enough meat to make one, and similarly reduced quantities of other ingredients.  Add finely chopped steak, onion, garlic, herbs and spices, and cook for about three minutes.  Succulent and juicy, it was split between three - a healthy meal on a plate and a good answer to rising food prices in the recession.  What's more, it left us with the feeling that we could eat another one...  Cooking doesn't get better than this!
