
Different time, different surroundings, different place, but my feet trod where dinosaurs trod! The dinosaur footprints can be found on the Yorkshire coast just north of Scarborough at Crook Ness.
The picture shows a footprint we found, about 10 cm long and 6 cm wide, of a small dinosaur, possibly a Therapod. Its three toes are clearly visible, though the one to the left is a little fainter than the others.
The view below is from the site down the coast to Scarborough. The castle can just be seen on top of the headland.
