Derelict Humber Dock

The entrance to the old St. Andrew's Dock on the Humber. It was from here that the North Sea fishing fleet once sailed but the main dock is now filled in and has become an out of town shopping park. Only the entrance and these derelict quayside buildings remain -  but maybe not for much longer. There are plans for a wind farm facility to make and install turbines in the North Sea. From fish to wind, but still a maritime enterprise.
